• Developed Python diagnostics tool including GUI for an enterprise VoIP product to display call stats and diagnose network and call quality issues. Output interactive HTML report with SIP logs, network status timeline and packet data graphs.
• Competed in company wide hackathon creating VR game 'Metarun' utilizing Google Maps API and Google Cardboard. Won 'Most Creative' and 'Audience Favourite' prizes.

January 2015 - March 2015

• Worked in a team of three Oxford students consulting Asha for Education, a charity focused on socioeconomic change in India through supporting the education of underprivileged children, to improve their engagement strategy to maintain more regular volunteer numbers.
• Conducted research, designed questionnaire, interviewed students from all backgrounds and analysed our collective data.
• Presented final report on solutions for improving and maintaining volunteer numbers to client.

August 2014 - October 2014

• Observed, taught and led classes in a leading international school in India from primary grades up to IGCSE/IB level.
• Mentored the Oxbridge applicants giving mock interviews and personal statement advice.
• Supervised extracurricular volunteer trips to local care home for HIV positive children.

October 2011 - April 2013

• Worked in BikeHut to provide tailored customer service to both bike novices and experienced riders looking for bikes, accessories and parts.
• Responsible for building new bikes, carrying out general repairs and caring for customers.
